The Role:
The Manager Refinery Controls is responsible for monitoring the cost performance, status reporting, and budget reporting for all refining expenses, including Capital, Turnaround, Operations, and Maintenance. This position provides centralized refinery control services for the refinery and will lead the contractor strategy for the refinery working closely with Procurement, Capital, Turnaround, Operations, and Maintenance departments.
This includes, but it is not limited to:

Develop and implement project control best practices for Capital, Turnaround, Operations, and Maintenance expenses

Responsibility for updating Senior Management while leading a group of analysts

Provide analysis, forecasting and reporting of costs so that management is aware of budget variances, trends, and year-end performance throughout the year

Ensure that timely and predictable information is provided to support required management deliverables
